To flourish and thrive, arts organizations need innovative leadership. BCA’s board training programs are designed to educate new and experienced board members on the benefits of serving on arts boards. The programs also give arts organizations a talented and trained pool of board members to help fulfill their missions.

Through the Art of Leadership program, BCA members learn how they can contribute to Oregon’s vibrant culture by partnering with arts organizations. Experienced board members can hone their skills by taking the Board Leadership Institute program. BCA’s On Board program gives members the chance to custom-design a board training program for their employees.
